This is a luxurious treatment combining a full reflexology session with the added benefits of aromatherapy. I will mix two or three oils especially for you, as appropriate to your needs on the day. You will then receive a relaxing foot and lower leg massage, followed by a full reflexology treatment.

Reflexology relieves stress, pain and tension and promotes a feeling of well-being. Aromatherapy oils are made from pure natural plant essences. They not only smell gorgeous but each one has particular medicinal properties. Examples of some of the oils I use are:

• Lavender - Very relaxing, pain-relieving, anti-bacterial, helps headaches, helps PMT and good for dry skin.

• Bergamot - Helps reduce anxiety, anti-depressant, helps indigestion and has deodorant properties.

• Juniper-berry - Detoxifying, helps clear fluid retention, helps circulation, helps some skin complaints.

• Lemon - Helps lower blood pressure, stimulates the immune system, anti-microbial, helps heal scars.

• Myrrh - Anti-inflammatory, helps catarrh, stress-relieving, good for cracked/chapped skin. 

Please allow 80 minutes' appointment time for this super-relaxing experience, or a little longer if you are a first time client so that we can discuss your medical history and other details.
